3 c warm tap water 5.5 T sugar
6 T oil 2 T rapid Rise yeast
1 T salt 2 eggs
7-8 cups of flour
Mix yeast and half the water

Directions:
Directions:
In separate bowl mix eggs, water, sugar, oil and well. Add to flour & yeast, mix well. Then blend in the other 4 cups flour and salt. (I always need to add another bit of flour) Knead until it feels elasticity! Let stand 1/2 hour-3/4 hour. Punch down.Let rest for 10 mins. or so. Make into loaves or buns.
Let rise 1hr Bake at 350 Excellent recipe and can be used for cinnamon buns, or donuts. Also, I substitute whole wheat flour (1/2 and 1/2) sometimes and make whole wheat bread. I double this recipe and freeze.
