1 1/2 stick Margarine
2 cups Flour
1 cup Pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 large Cool Whip
1/2 cup Coconut
2 boxes Lemon Instant Pudding
3 cups Whole Milk
Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer:
Melt 1 1/2 stick margarine, add to flour and mix by hand. Add 1/2 cup pecans. Press into 13 x 9" ungreased pan. Bake at 350º for 20 -25 minutes. Let cool.
2nd Layer:
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Beat with mixer and spread on 1st layer. Sprinkle 1/4 cup coconut and 1/4 cup pecans.
3rd Layer:
Mix pudding and milk by hand. Spread over 2nd layer.
4th Layer:
Spread remaining Cool Whip. Top with coconut and pecans. Chill 1 hour.
