2 pounds cubed stew meat
2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
1 large onion diced
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
8 oz. cream cheese
couple of dashes of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In slow cooker, stir in all ingredients together, except for the meat and the cream cheese. Once combined, add the meat and mix together. Cook on low 8 hours. Cut the cream cheese into cubes before serving and turn the crockpot on high. Stir in the cream cheese in until all combined. May need to put on lid and leave for 10 minutes.
Serve over noodles
