1 box rice chex cereal
1 (12 oz) pkg. chocolate chips (melted)
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
1 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Melt chips and butter, stir in peanut butter, pour over chex cereal. Mix until coated, pour into ziplock bag with 2 cups powdered sugar and shake.
