2 cups Sugar
1 cup Karo Syrup
1 pint Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Margarine
1/4 tsp. Salt
4 cups chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, karo syrup, 1 up whipping cream, margarine and salt. Bring to a boil, then add 1 cup whipping cream. Cook to firm ball stage (halfway between soft ball and hard ball stage)
Butter 15 x 12" cookie sheet. Spread 4 cups chopped pecans evenly over cookie sheet. Pour mixture evenly over pecans. Let cool completely. Cut into squares 1 1/2" x 1 1/2". Roll/wrap individually in wax paper squares cut in 3" pieces. Twist ends tightly.
