3 lb. pork shoulder or butt roast
1/2 cup brown sugar, plus 2 tbsp. for rub
1 20 oz. can pineapple rings, juice reserved
2 tsps. liquid smoke
1 cup BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Take 2 tbsp. of brown sugar and rub on all sides of the road and set in slow cooker. In bowl, mix together brown sugar, juice from pineapple rings, liquid smoke, and BBQ sauce. Pour over roast. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours. Shred meat and return to slow cooker for 30 additional minutes. Scoop pork onto rolls and top with pineapple ring.
