1 tbsp. olive oil
2 lbs. ground beef
2-3 stalks celery, small diced
1 large sweet onion, small diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, small diced
3 14 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 cup water
1 14 oz. can tomato sauce
1 to 2 1.25 oz. packages of mild chili seasonings
1 can red kidney beans rinsed and drained
1 can pinto beans rinsed and drained
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheddar cheese for garnish if desired

Directions:

Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper, then press down into pan to form one big patty. Cook the beef until it begins to caramelize on the bottom. Break up the ground beef and continue to cook until it is cooked throughout. Put beef into slow cooker. Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours without opening lid.
