1 cup Shortening
1 3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Eggs
1 cup Cold Water
1/3 cup Pureed Tomatoes
2 1/2 cups Cake Flour
1/2 cup Dry Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, sugar, vanilla. Separate eggs and blend yokes in with sugar mixture. Beat eggs whites until they are tiff and fold into mixture. Blend in water and pureed tomatoes. Sift together dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into creamy mixture. Bake in 2 greased and floured round pans at 350º for 35 - 40 minutes. Frost with chocolate butter frosting. Top with strawberries.
