1 tbsp. butter
3 c. diced turkey
1 can cream mushroom soup
2 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. diced onion
1 c. frozen peas (substitute with broccoli)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
hot cooked rice

Directions:

1. You make this in the microwave
2. In casserole dish, melt butter
3. Add onion & cook for 2 minutes on high
4. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well
5. Cover & cook on power level 8 for 10-12 minutes
6. Stir once during cooking
7. Serve over hot rice

This recipe came from Grandma's microwave cook book and is an excellent way to eat left over turkey. Everyone really enjoyed this.
