1 1/2 lb beef round steak, cut into strips
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1-14 oz can beef broth
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
1 large loaf French bread (sliced into sandwich lengths) or 4-5 hoagie buns
slices of provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray, Cut meat into strips and place in slow cooker. Add green pepper, onion, broth, and dressing mix. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.

Spoon meat onto bread, top with cheese and then bake 5 minutes @ 375. I, also, have toasted bread 5 minutes before you top with meat and cheese and toast another 5 minutes to melt cheese,,,,depends on how crunchy you like bread. Some people add A1 or BarBQ sauce to top of meat/cheese. from Six Sisters Blog
