18 large fresh mushrooms
1 small onion finely chopped
2 slices of ham, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. dry cooking sherry
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove mushroom stems & finely chop - set aside
2. Place mushroom caps on a cookie sheet
3. Heat oil in large frying pan over moderate heat
4. Cook onion & beef until lightly brown, stirring frequently
5. Add stems, ham and sherry & cook for 5 minutes
6. Add crumbs & seasoning, mix well
7. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps
8. Sprinkle with parmesan
9. Place under broiler for 2-5 minutes
