1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 quart or large can tomatoes (I use salsa instead of tomatoes)
6-8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 pint or 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger & onion in deep pan. Crumble hamburger as browning. Then put in tomatoes, potatoes, and corn. (Do Not drain vegetables). Add salt and pepper. cover and let simmer until vegetable are done. Stir once in a while so it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
