3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of pepper
1 garlic bud
2-10 oz cans of whole mushrooms

1. Mix all ingredients
2. Store in refrigerator for at least 36 hours before serving
3. Remove garlic bud after 36 hours
