2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 gallon ice cream
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs, butter & brown sugar. Reserve 1/2 cup crumb mixture. Press remaining crumbs in 9x13 pan. combine remaining ingredients and pour over crumbs. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Place in freezer. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.

This recipe was one that a friend of mine from high school, Kathy, introduced me to & it is a very refreshing dessert. Great at Thanksgiving time or Christmas time but, anytime works.
I dug this out of my archives, I haven't made it since back in high school. So many recipes of my got lost in the archives & I am trying to bring them back!
