3 lbs yellow squash 1 - 4 tbsp. sugar, to taste

1/2 cup onions, chop 1/2 tsp black pepper

2 eggs 1 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash and onions.

Boil together until tender.

Drain well.

Mash.

Add eggs, salt, pepper, sugar,
and half the butter.

Pour mixture into baking dish.

Melt remaining butter and
put on top of mixture.

Cover with bread crumbs
and bake 375 degrees until
brown. (about 1 hour)
