2 3-ounce packages of cream cheese
1 cup margarine or butter
2 cups flour
2 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 T. melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, margarine and flour to form dough. Chill overnight. Mix beaten eggs, brown sugar, melted butter and vanilla to create filling.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pinch off 1/2 inch ball of dough. Press into mini muffin or tassie pans. Place a few chopped nuts in each lined muffin tin. Top with brown sugar mixture until cups are 1/2 full. Top each with a pecan half. Bake 30 minutes.
