Cook steamed white rice
Can Corned beef
1 scrambled egg
Onion ( optional)
Tablespoon of butter or oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute corned beef. Add a tablespoon of oil once meat is heated up
Add the scrambled egg to the mixture stirring it with the meat until cooked
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over cooked rice.

The Wongs like to eat corned beef with rice with additional sunny side up egg or scrambled eggs on the the side.
- can corned beef is not the has corn beef, we usually use brand like Libby's or Hereford. We don't recommend the can corned beef with onion
