1 (10 3/4 ounces) Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1 1/2 cups (7 ounces) cooked (leftover) turkey - cubed
1 (16 ounces) bag California Blend frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), thawed and drained
1 cup (8 ounces) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 (2.8 ounces) can French Fried Onions
1 (4 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine soup, the milk, seasoned salt, turkey, vegetables 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 can of French Fried Onions. Pour into a 8 x 12-inch, greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot an bubbly.

While the casserole is baking, separate the refrigerated crescent rolls into two rectangles; press together the perforated cuts. Cut each rectangle lengthwise into 3 strips.

After baking the casserole for 15 minutes, remove and stir. Arrange strips on hot turkey mixture to form a lattice. Bake, uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes longer; until the lattice is golden brown. Put the remaining cheese and French Fried Onions on top of lattice. Bake 3 minutes more to melt the cheese.

This is a delicious way to use your Thanksgiving leftovers. I usually put more turkey in my casserole than the 1 1/2 cups mentioned in the recipe.
