1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 1/4 cup cake flour
1/4 cup raisins
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter; add sugar, yolks, and mix well. Add milk and raisins. Sift four, salt, and baking powder; add to butter mixture. Lastly, fold in beaten egg whites and lemon extract. Pour in greased lamb form. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Ice with butter frosting and sprinkle with coconut. Use raisins for eyes

This was on Grandma's table every Easter. No one was ever allowed to eat it, so to this day we do not know how this cake tastes.
