1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 TBL of half and half
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cup flour
2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

For coating:
1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Use a mini size ice cream scoop to form uniform balls. Refrigerate until firm (around 30 minutes). Heat coating ingredients over a double boiler. Dip each ball bottom into the chocolate to get the bottom coated. Place on wax paper to harden then store in refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature approximately 10 minutes before serving.

You can stick a lolly pop stick into each ball to make it more like a cake pop and also makes it easier to coat in chocolate or use sturdy toothpicks.
