Directions:
In a small bowl put 1 cup warm water and 2 Tbsp. sugar and yeast, blend together and let sit until it shows foam to let you know yeast is active. In bowl whip eggs, rest of the sugar, oil, salt and remaining water.

Measure 4 cups of flour in to a bowl. Mix the flour one cup at a time to the liquid mix well and then add the rest of the flour. Let rise 15 minutes and then punch down and let rise 15 more minutes again and punch down and let raise a 3rd time let rise 15 more minutes again. While dough is rising heat oil for deep frying.

Grease hands. Cut off dough about the size of a bun or meatball, flatten dough in and gently place in to hot oil. Fry until light brown and then flip and fry until light brown. Take out of grease and place on a cookie sheet lined with either paper towels or I use the paper bags from the grocery store.
