Sliced onions
Sliced beef liver or chicken liver
Bacon grease or butter or oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat fry pan to medium high, add bacon grease and sliced onions. Cook onions until done the way you prefer, I like mine just a little brown. Mix flour and seasonings together. Coat the liver in the flour mixture, place in hot fry pan. Fry until a light brown then flip and cook other side till light brown. Place on plate with cooked onions on top. I like to serve with fried potatoes and onions. I like to serve with Worcestershire sauce for the liver.
