1 pound of Brussel Sprouts
3 T. of Flavourful Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
1/4 Cup fresh Parmesan Cheese
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2) Cut the ends off of the Brussel Sprouts and remove any loose leaves.
3) Toss the Brussel Sprouts in the Olive Oil
4)Place the Brussel Sprouts in a large baking pan so that all of the Brussel sprouts are in a single layer. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
5)Roast for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6) Add the pine nuts and roast for another 5 minutes.
7) Sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese and enjoy.
