4-6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 3 oz can of sliced mushrooms with juices
1 cup sour cream
½ cup cooking sherry
paprika
6 servings of white or brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish. Combine soup, mushrooms with juice, sour cream and sherry and pour over the breasts.Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350º for an hour or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice.

Shawn got this recipe from his mom and used it along with the Pink Stuff recipe in this book to impress girls on dates.

He made me this dinner on one of our first dates and he hasn't made it since; I must of been impressed because it has been over 30 years!
