1 3 oz. box of strawberry jello mix (uncooked) or any fruit flavored jello mix you want based on the flavor and color you are trying to achieve.
1 12 oz. tub of Cool Whip
1 8 oz. container of small curd cottage cheese
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple drained

Mix jello packet and cool whip until blended. Fold in the cottage cheese and pineapple and refrigerate until stiff.

Shawn got this recipe from his mom and used it along with the Chicken Parisian recipe in this book to impress girls on dates. He made me this dinner on one of our first dates and he hasn't made it since; I must of been impressed because it has been over 30 years!
