2 eggs
2 slices bread (I prefer sour dough, but white bread is good also)
Butter
Salt & pepper

Directions:

Warm fry pan on medium heat while using a doughnut hole cutter minus the small hole, cut a hole in each slice of bread, butter both sides of bread and also the hole of bread. Place in fry pan. Brown one side, flip add a pad of butter to hole let melt then crack egg into center salt and pepper. Once egg is cook to your desired done nests flip to cook the opposite side, until done take off and serve. Don't forget to cook the bread you cut out also. Love that to dip in the over easy yoke.
