4 skinless chicken thighs
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. vegetable or canola oil
4 potato rolls

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine chicken, buttermilk, garlic powder and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
2. Place flour in large shallow dish
3. Remove 1 thigh from buttermilk, allow excess to drip off, dip in flour then buttermilk, then flour again. Place on plate. Repeat.
4. In 12 inch skillet, heat oil on medium high until hot (325º). Add thighs to skill and reduce heat to medium. Fry 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally and adjust heat as necessary. Transfer to wire rack.
