4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; add to pumpkin mixture and mix well, Fold in chocolate chips, Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400º for 16-20 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
