I box Rice A Roni Spanish Rice
1/2 pound of sliced beef steak, cooked
1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes
2 c. water
2 tbsp. margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown the rice-vermicelli mix according to package instructions using butter. Add meat, seasoning mix from box and canned tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
