3 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan
Salt to taste
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika

Pre-heat oven 400

Directions:
Directions:
Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle potato wedges with shredded cheese and toss again.
In a small bowl, mix salt, Italian seasonings, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle seasonings onto potatoes and toss to coat.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet with skin sides down. Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and golden.
