3-5 aguacate (avocado)
Tub of whipped cream cheese
Pickled/jarred jalapenos
Juice (escabeche) of jalapeņos

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the aguacate in half, remove the bone, and scoop the aguacate into a bowl and smash with a fork. Repeat with other aguacates.

Add the whipped cream cheese. Stir together.

Cut the jalapeņos into smaller pieces and add to the mixture. Add as many jalapeņos as you want.

The juice that the jalapeņos are pickled in (escabeche) can be added for extra flavor.

This goes fast!
