1 pkg Oreo cookies
1 brick 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 package of Vanilla Candiquik(comes with a tray for melting) or white chocolate bark

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the Oreo's in food processor by dropping 3-4 at a time until fine crumbs. Then add softened cream cheese a little at a time into food processor until blended. Roll into balls or use a small ice cream scoop. Place the balls on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes.

Melt white chocolate in microwave per the package instructions. Dip balls one at a time into melted chocolate and coat completely. I use two forks to assist with rolling them. Once coated, place back onto the wax paper to harden. Put in an airtight container and refrigerate or can be frozen.
