1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. saltine crackers, crumbled, divided
1/2 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn, milk, 1 c. cracker crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. remaining cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
