2 cans Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
2-12 oz. cans evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
4 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup crushed Cheese Nip Crackers
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the elbow macaroni and drain; set aside. Mix the first 8 ingredients in a microwavable bowl and microwave for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
In a 9x13-inch pan, layer the macaroni, sauce mixture and grated cheddar cheese. Do this 3 times, ending with the grated cheese. Coarsely crush the Cheese Nip Crackers in a zip lock bag. Pour in the melted butter and mix gently. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes.

Aris found this recipe and really enjoyed it. When I first tasted it, he asked me to guess what was in it. Who would of thought cheddar cheese soup was one of the ingredients. It is perfect for any occasion and everyone who eats it falls in love with its rich cheesy taste.
