2 large ripe avocados
2 jalapenos, finely chopped
2 T. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. finely chopped fresh cilantro
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems, seeds and membranes from jalapenos and finely chop. Cut avocados in half, removing peel and pit; mash smooth with fork. Mix all ingredients together in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
