Couple drops Red Hot sauce
2 cans artichokes
2- 8 oz. blocks light cream cheese, softened
frozen spinach, thawed and rinsed, blot moisture out before adding
1/2 c. light sour cream
1 c. fresh Parmesan
1 c. mayo
2 cloves minced garlic (or less)
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw, rinse and blot moisture out of spinach. Drain artichokes and chop into small chunks. Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo; add all remaining ingredients except spinach-blend well. Add spinach as desired. Can sprinkle a little more mozzarella on top if desired. Bake at 350º for 15-25 minutes or until bubbly. Great with crackers, pita chips or Pumpernickel bread.
