Pillsbury pie crusts ( Can use 1 or 2)- room temperature
Chicken (about 1 pound-can use fresh or canned)
2 cans mixed veggies
1 can diced potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup half and half or milk
1/2 - 1 can chicken broth
salt and pepper to your liking
1/4 stick butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray casserole with non-stick spray. If using two pie crusts, line dish with first crust. In large bowl, mix soups, and half and half/milk. Add remaining ingredients, except butter and mix together. Start with 1/2 can chicken broth; if too thick, add more. Dot with butter and add second pie crust. Make slits in top. Place casserole on baking sheet if there is possibility of bubbling over. Cook for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
