1 16 oz box penne pasta
2 Tbs olive oil
2 lb uncooked chicken tenders (not breaded) cut into chunks
salt and pepper to taste
1 12 oz bag frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
2 16 oz jars Alfredo sauce
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed; drain; return to pot.

Meanwhile, heat oven to 350º. In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add uncooked chicken chunks seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook 5-7 minutes until chicken is no longer pink in center.

Add chicken to drained pasta. Add 1 bag frozen broccoli cuts; toss until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Pour both jars of Alfredo sauce over top and stir.

Pour mixture into 13x9 glass baking dish, spreading evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over top.

Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.
