3-6.5oz cans of chopped clams + juice
1 1/2 pkg saltiness crackers, crushed coarsely
1 Eggs
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together all ingredients, using enough Clam juice to hold everything together and make patties, like hamburgers.
Fry patties in hot oil until golden brown. Set on paper towels to absorb any excess fat. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper and serve.
