3 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup flour - sifted
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Beat eggs till lemony colored. Stir in milk.

Sift together dry ingredients. Mix with eggs and milk until most all bumps are gone.

Use high heat to heat pan - then lower heat to medium. Using a large fry pan, spray with Pam and coat bottom with a thin layer of batter. Flip pancake after edges start to crisp. If pancakes start sticking, coat pan with Pam spray again.

Number of servings depends on how thin you make the pancakes.

This was an all-time favorite for Shelby and all her friends. Every sleepover these were a staple for the morning breakfast. It was also a favorite with all of our Exchange Students.
