1/4 c prepared mustard
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 egg
1 frying chicken cut up
Fine dry bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Lightly beat first three ingredients in shallow pan. Dip chicken pieces in mixture and then coat with bread crumbs. Arrange skin side down on greased shallow pan. Bake 30 min at 400ºF. Turn and bake 30 min longer until tender.
