6 English Muffins
margarine or butter (optional)
250 g (1/2 lb) sausage
1 (14 oz - 398 ml) can hunts manwich sauce
2 ml (1/2 tsp) Italian herb seasoning
250 ml (1 c) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Split and toast English muffins. Butter lightly if desired and set aside. Cook sausage in small skillet stirring until lightly browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat. Stir in hunts manwich and simmer 5 min. Arrange muffins toasted side up on cookie sheet. Spoon manwich mixture over top of each. Sprinkle on Italian herb seasoning. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 400ºF (200ºC) 10 min or until cheese is bubbly.
