3 each Yellow Squash and Zuchinni
1 Green Pepper
1 Yellow or Orange Pepper
1/4 - 1/2 C fat free Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
3 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
Course Ground Pepper
Ground Red Pepper if you want a Kick.

Cut squash and peppers in spears (like pickles). Combine all ingredients and marinate for at least an hour. Grill veggies on medium heat until tender but not squishy (peppers take 1 1/2 times to cook as squash). Serve either Hot or Cold.
