1 1/2 lbs Green Beans, washed but not cut, leave tips
4 Tbsp Butter
3 1/2 oz Macadamia Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
On stovetop blanch the beans in boiling water. After a minute, test one bean to see if it is cooked the way you like it. If it is too crisp, blanch for another 30 seconds.
On stovetop melt butter on low heat in shallow frying pan. Add the beans and the nuts to melted butter. Stir until the nuts are browned.

Stir constantly and do not brown too long, I've burned the nuts before! Serve.
