1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar brown 2 tbs. spicy mustard w/horseradish
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
8 chicken thighs

Directions:
In a skillet combine all ingredients except chicken. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes. Add chicken. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes or until tender.

I’ve had this recipe forever, cut out of something and attached to an index card in my recipe box. It calls for “ReaLemon juice” and “Holly Farms” chicken. I actually make all of the sauce but only use four chicken thighs, I like to have a lot of sauce. I also cook it a little longer than the recipe calls for. This is good over rice, you both should remember it because it was one of those you both liked. 02/06/07
