1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple undrained
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla flavor instant pudding
1 cup thawed cool whip
1 10 oz. round angel food cake
Seasonal Berries

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cake into three layers. Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl, gently stir in whipped topping. Spread mixture between layers and over the top of the cake. Garnish with fresh berries.

I cut this out of a magazine and Chris put it together for our 2010 Easter dinner. I don’t think the cake I bought was big enough but it was the only size they had at the grocery. Chris used the extra mixture over the sides. We used chopped strawberries and blueberries between the layers and on the top. Everyone had a piece and enjoyed it. 04/06/10
