Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, while it is browning put water on to boil, when it boils then add the shells and cook until done. Let the beef/onion cool for a little bit. Then mix Mozzarella Cheese and eggs, and you can add in the optional cottage cheese then mix with ground beef. When shells are cooked then take the beef mixture and stuff the shells. Placed filled shells in a 9x13 greased pan. After the pan is full, then top off shells with spaghetti sauce covering all the shells. Put 1/4 cup water on the bottom of the pan to help it from burning.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
