Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My friend Claude is from Switzerland. He is a chef, accomplished skier and avid bicycle and motorcycle rider. We recently enjoyed a "Fondue" dinner with him and his family. He told us that this recipe is from his mother. A group around a fondue pot is relaxed and friendly. So choose your own wine and have some friends in for a pleasant evening.
