1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
10 oz. cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
2 T. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large saucepan, combine soup, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and cheese and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. Stir in macaroni and pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine melted butter, bread crumbs and cheese and spread on top of the macaroni. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes until brown and bubbly hot.

*Variation: Soda crackers can be used in place of bread crumbs.
