2 c. pretzel crushed (I use nut chopper)
3/4 c. margarine (melted)
3 T. sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 9 oz. cool whip
1/2 c. sugar
1 6 oz. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
20 oz. unsweetened frozen strawberries

Directions:

1. Combine pretzels, margarine. 3 T. sugar. Pour into 9" x 13" glass dish. Bake 400º for 8 minutes. Cool completely (I do this the night before. It gets soggy if you rush this).
2. Mix cream cheese, cool whip, sugar. Spread on cooled crust.
3. Combine jello and boiling water - dissolve jello completely.
4. Cut up the strawberries and add to jello. Stir until begins to jell.
5. Congeal in frig for 16-24 hours.
6. Serve over lettuce
